This session introduces the Embodied Leadership program and prepares you for the work ahead.

Embodied Leadership is designed to align how you think, communicate, and lead so your presence consistently produces clarity, ownership, and forward movement. Rather than relying on effort or repeated follow-up, the program focuses on how your leadership translates into action through others.

Using EQ 360® and LPI 360®, we identify how your internal responses and leadership behaviors influence whether your presence creates alignment or dependency. Alternatively, we use the LPI® Self Empowered™ as a starting point when a full 360 is not yet the right fit.

This work is not about adding new skills, but refining how you operate so your leadership remains consistent under pressure and across contexts.

The goal is simple: to ensure your leadership produces alignment, ownership, and execution without relying on personal effort.

The value of the assessment is not in the data itself, but in the quality of the input and how it reflects your real leadership interactions. This session ensures the process is intentional, targeted, and aligned with the outcomes we are working toward.

The LPI® Debrief

This session builds directly on the focus area identified in your LPI® debrief.

With a clear understanding of how your leadership is currently experienced and where responsibility returns to you, we now shift from insight to application. The focus is on strengthening one area of your leadership so it produces more consistent ownership, alignment, and execution across your environment.

Strengthening Your LPI® Focus Area

This session explores the differences between the EQ-i 2.0® and the EQ 360® assessments to help determine which is the best fit for your goals. If you choose to move forward with the EQ 360®, we will also prepare you for the process so you gain clear, meaningful insight into how your internal responses show up in your leadership and day-to-day interactions.

While the LPI® 360 identified how your leadership is experienced and what it produces, EQ 360® examines how you respond in real time, particularly in situations where your focus area has been most difficult to maintain.
