Welcome & Program Orientation

In the previous session, you created visibility. You saw your closet as it is, without changing anything.

Now, we begin working more directly with your clothing.

We start with tops because they sit closest to your face and have a strong influence on how you are seen. They affect where the eye is drawn, how your features are experienced, and whether an outfit feels clear or slightly off.

This session is not about perfect decisions. It is about beginning to trust what you already see.

You will be working quickly and intuitively, noticing your immediate response to each piece rather than analyzing it deeply.

The goal is to build confidence in your visual instinct.

In the previous session, you began making decisions based on what you see - starting with the pieces closest to your face.

Now, we shift to the foundation of your outfits.

Bottoms play a different role. Rather than drawing attention upward, they determine how your body is divided, how length is experienced, and how your overall proportion is perceived.

This is where many outfits begin to feel either balanced or slightly off.

In this session, the focus is not on styling, but on seeing how proportion functions in a clear and direct way.

You will begin to recognize how rise, length, and visual breaks influence the way your clothing works on your body.

As before, you are not trying to perfect anything.

You are observing, recording, and allowing patterns to emerge.

From here, your understanding of proportion becomes more concrete - and easier to apply.

In the previous sessions, you’ve worked with individual pieces and begun to understand how proportion functions through length and division.

Now, we introduce layers - pieces that shape how your body is experienced from the outside.

Layers do more than complete an outfit. They influence structure, define your outline, and affect how your presence is perceived. A layer can bring clarity and intention - or it can create confusion and imbalance.

In this session, you will begin to see how outer pieces interact with your body and with the clothing underneath.

As before, the goal is not to perfect anything.

Dresses and one-piece looks remove the need to combine elements, which makes proportion more immediately visible. Without separate pieces to adjust, balance - or imbalance - becomes easier to see.

In this session, you will begin to recognize how waist placement, length, and overall silhouette influence how your body is experienced as a whole.

You now have more experience observing proportion, structure, and alignment. This allows you to revisit these pieces with greater clarity and make more confident decisions.

As before, the goal is not perfection.

It is to see more clearly and decide more directly.
