By the end of the program, you'll have a practical leadership roadmap that defines your priorities, decision criteria, leadership commitments, and direction for the next 90 days.

Using insights from Everything DiSC®, your workbook reflections, and your real leadership experiences, you'll begin recognizing the recurring patterns that shape your leadership judgment. As these patterns become more visible, you'll gain a better understanding of what consistently strengthens your leadership and where greater intentionality can improve your effectiveness.

The insights you develop this week will become the foundation for clarifying your Leadership Decision Criteria in the next chapter and will continue building your personalized 90-Day Leadership Focus & Direction Plan.

Understanding Your Leadership Judgment

This session builds on the leadership judgment insights you developed in the previous coaching session. As you continue reflecting on your leadership decisions, you'll begin recognizing the recurring patterns that shape how you lead.

Some decisions may repeatedly return for clarification, while others remain with you longer than necessary. As these patterns become visible, you'll begin distinguishing between individual decisions and the underlying habits that influence your leadership judgment.

Using your Clarity Catalyst™ Workbook, your Everything DiSC® insights, and the tools in the Slow Power Leader™ app, you'll identify how you consistently evaluate options, respond under pressure, communicate decisions, and carry responsibility. These observations become the foundation for clarifying your Leadership Decision Criteria in the next session and continue building your personalized 90-Day Leadership Focus & Direction Plan.

Recognizing Your Decision Patterns

In the previous session, you identified recurring patterns in how leadership decisions move through your role. This week, you'll begin translating those observations into intentional decision criteria.

Every leader makes decisions using a set of guiding principles, priorities, and responsibilities. For some leaders, these criteria have developed over years of experience. For others, they are still taking shape through new leadership challenges. In either case, making them explicit strengthens consistency, confidence, and clarity.

As you work through the exercises in your Clarity Catalyst™ Workbook, you'll identify and refine the decision criteria that best support your leadership. These criteria will strengthen your leadership judgment, reduce decision fatigue, and provide a consistent framework for future decisions. They will also become a core component of your personalized 90-Day Leadership Focus & Direction Plan.

Clarifying Your Decision Criteria

In the previous session, you clarified the criteria that guide your leadership decisions. Those criteria create consistency in how important choices are evaluated. This week, you'll shift from how you make decisions to where your leadership attention will have the greatest impact.
